TJ Howlett is a singer / songwriter from Melbourne Australia. He tells stories of people, times and places, using guitar-based genres to paint atmosphere and emotion around insightful, poignant lyrics.
His gigs deliver a blend of cover song and his own works. In addition to his guitar skills, TJ brings his creativity to the fore in these performances: sometimes using loop pedals and multiple guitars to create multi-layered versions of songs, sometimes delivering impressively unique versions of his and others' music using just his voice and guitar, and sometimes creating one-off musical pieces on the spot.
